Like many non-profits, the Clayton Historical Society and Museum relies upon the individual gifts of time and money to preserve and promote our local history. If you'd like to learn more about our organization, please read About Us.
Your financial support is likely tax deductible under our 501(c)3 non-profit status and allows us to continue operating the Museum’s exhibits and programs throughout the year.
We would like to thank you for your support of our fine Clayton Historical Society and Museum!
The Clayton Historical Society Museum is seeking greeters and docents on Wednesdays and Sundays from 2:00-4:00 and during special events such as Art & Wine, Fourth of July and Oktoberfest. Staff members typically work 2-4 hours per month.
The duties include greeting the public, safeguarding artifacts, pointing out items of particular interest and learning about Clayton’s history. Training is provided to all volunteers!
